How to use: Connect the positive and negative terminals of the display board to the positive and negative terminals of the battery under test, and the digital tube will display the real-time battery power.
Display battery parameters:
When the battery voltage is greater than N×3.3V, 1 grid of power is on (Note: N represents the number of battery cells) (the following data are reference values, there will be an error range of about 2%, do not shoot if the requirements are high)
When the battery voltage is greater than N×3.5V, it will light up 2 grids of power
When the battery voltage is greater than N×3.7V, it will light up 3 grids of power
When the battery voltage is greater than N×3.9V, it will light up to 4 grids of power
When the battery voltage is less than N×3.3V, all 4-segment displays are off, indicating that the battery is lower than 3.3V, and it is time to charge the battery.
The color of the digital tube: the outer frame is red, the inner display grid is yellow, green and blue, and the battery is fully charged. 4 grids are fully bright
4V lead-acid voltage range:
When the battery voltage is greater than 3.3V, the light will be 1 grid
When the battery voltage is greater than 3.5V, the light will be 2 grids
When the battery voltage is greater than 3.7V, it will light up to 3 bars of power
When the battery voltage is greater than 3.9V, it will light up 4 bars of power
6V lead-acid voltage (2 strings of lithium iron phosphate batteries can be used)
When the battery voltage is greater than 5.6V, the light will be 1 grid
When the battery voltage is greater than 5.9V, the light will be 2 grids
When the battery voltage is greater than 6.2V, it will light up to 3 bars of power
When the battery voltage is greater than 6.6V, it will light up to 4 bars of power
12V lead-acid voltage range: (4 strings of lithium iron phosphate batteries can be used)
When the battery voltage is greater than 11.0V, the light will be 1 grid
When the battery voltage is greater than 11.8V, it will light up 2 bars of power
When the battery voltage is greater than 12.3V, it will light up to 3 bars of power
When the battery voltage is greater than 13.1V, it will light up to 4 bars of power
24V lead-acid voltage range: (8 strings of lithium iron phosphate batteries can be used)
When the battery voltage is greater than 22.3V, the light will be 1 grid
When the battery voltage is greater than 23.5V, it will light up 2 bars of power
When the battery voltage is greater than 24.7V, it will light up to 3 bars of power
When the battery voltage is greater than 26.3V, it will light up to 4 bars of power
36V lead-acid voltage range: (12 strings of lithium iron phosphate batteries can be used) Note: 36V lead-acid over 43V will burn out
When the battery voltage is greater than 33.9V, the light will be 1 grid
When the battery voltage is greater than 35.9V, it will light up 2 bars of power
When the battery voltage is greater than 37.9V, it will light up to 3 bars of power
When the battery voltage is greater than 39.9V, it will light up to 4 bars of power
48V lead-acid voltage range: (15 strings of lithium iron phosphate batteries can be used) Note: 48V lead-acid over 59V will burn out
When the battery voltage is greater than 43V, the light will be 1 grid
When the battery voltage is greater than 45.6V, it will light up 2 bars of power
When the battery voltage is greater than 48.2V, it will light up to 3 bars of power
When the battery voltage is greater than 50.9V, it will light up 4 grids of power
